Cancellations and money.

Pay-at-studio bookings have nothing to refund until a live gateway is connected. If checkout is on, payment is marked paid locally — no live charge is taken in this demo.

When a studio allows guest cancel, the booking is marked cancelled and the slot opens again. A refund email will fire only after a real gateway refund.

No-show fees, if set in studio policy, are a note for the desk. They are not collected automatically yet.
